General Contractors & Construction Managers: FAQ
Do you want my workers' information?
No. Builder Data only looks at business-level, de-identified data such as costs, schedules, RFIs and change orders. Employee names, Social Security numbers, certified payroll and anything tied to a person are never part of it.
Don't the owners own the project records?
Sometimes. Owner contracts, NDAs and public-agency rules can decide who holds the rights, which is why a rights check is one of the first steps before anything moves.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The appraisal is free and there's no commitment.
What's Your Company's Data Worth?
One text to Max finds out. No upload, no cost, no commitment.
