Architecture & Design Firms: FAQ
Don't our clients own the drawings?
It depends on your agreements. Many architect contracts keep copyright in the instruments of service with the firm, but owner contracts vary, so we check rights first.
Do you need client names or addresses?
No. Client identities and private project addresses are never part of what we license. Only de-identified, business-level data is reviewed.
Is there a cost?
No. The appraisal is free and there's no commitment.
What's Your Company's Data Worth?
One text to Max finds out. No upload, no cost, no commitment.
