Meet Max, Your Data Superintendent
Max is the MON$TER Data agent, now in a hard hat with a pencil behind his ear. He gives your construction, engineering or architecture firm's data a free appraisal, all by private text, then works to match you with the right AI data buyer.
Every bid, every drawing and every change order is data. I find out what it's worth.
His quick text appraisal checks:
- Your company. Name, what you build or design, and roughly how many people work there.
- Years in business. Longer records show trends, cycles and markets, which buyers value.
- Software you run every day. Project management, estimating, accounting, design or BIM tools.
- Where you're based. Buyers currently favor the US, Canada, the UK and Europe.

What does Builder Data do?
Builder Data helps general contractors, home builders, engineering firms, architects, specialty contractors and heavy civil firms find out what their business data could be worth and license it to AI companies that need real-world data. Text Max at (435) 233-0843 to start.
Do you sell my employees' or clients' data?
Never. We only work with business-level data such as bids, schedules, RFIs, change orders, job costs and design history. We never request employee names, Social Security numbers, certified payroll, client or homeowner contact details, and anything personal is removed before a buyer sees anything.
How do I find out what my company's data is worth?
Text Max at (435) 233-0843. He asks a few quick questions, matches you with the right AI data buyer, and that buyer provides a valuation. It's free to find out.
How much do AI companies pay for business data?
It varies by company, data type, history and rights. As a public example, Google paid $10 million in an August 2026 auction for one airline's internal business data (Spirit Airlines). Valuations range widely and no amount is guaranteed.
Don't our owners or clients own the project records?
Sometimes. Owner contracts (AIA, ConsensusDocs and custom agreements), NDAs and public-agency rules decide who holds the rights, so we check rights before anything moves. Security-sensitive work is never part of it.
Do I sell my data or license it?
Data is typically licensed, not sold. Your company keeps ownership, and the written agreement defines what is shared, with whom, for what use and on what payment terms.
Which firms qualify?
Buyers currently favor established firms (roughly 20+ staff, operating 2+ years) that run on software every day, based in the US, Canada, UK or Europe. Smaller? Text anyway and we'll give you an honest answer.
